Seth Kapoi is an ACSM certified personal trainer, AFAA certified group fitness instructor, and holds a Red Cross CPR/AED and first-aid certification. He is known for delivering high-energy, high-intensity training programs that utilize functional movements and clients’ interest to move them towards their fitness goals. Mr. Kapoi has been a personal trainer for two years and has been teaching group fitness classes for one year. His passion for fitness and experience stems all the way back to his childhood as he has played sports throughout his entire life. Some of his accomplishments include an ILH Division Wrestling Championship, Hawaii State Criterion Cycling Championship, Boca Stage Race first place division finish, Honolulu Sprint Triathlon Team first place finish, Honolulu Tinman 3rd place medal, and 2012 Crossfit Nevada Police & Fire Games fifth place civilian finish. Mr. Kapoi’s fitness philosophy is that exercise and healthy choices are not something one does occasionally, but should choose to do all the time. Fitness is a lifestyle choice and becomes part of a person’s life. He strongly believes that fitness is not about being better than someone else, but rather to improve oneself. That is why Mr. Kapoi makes it his personal goal to introduce fitness into as many lives as possible.
