About Seth Kapoi

Seth Kapoi earned his Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Minor in Kinesiology at UNLV. He is an ACSM certified personal trainer, AFAA certified group fitness instructor, and holds a Red Cross CPR/AED and first-aid certification. He is known for delivering high-energy, high-intensity training programs that utilize functional movements and clients’ interest to move them towards their fitness goals. Mr. Kapoi has been a personal trainer for over three years and has been teaching group fitness classes for over two years.

About Ashleigh Freitas

Ashleigh Freitas is a licensed and registered nurse (RN) with a passion for fitness. Miss Freitas assists with nearly all of our classes, and is heavily involved with the pre, intra and post data collection of our clients.

Miss Freitas was the Vice President of the Kamehameha High School Triathlon Club in 2009, 1st place finisher at the 2009 Lanikai Triathlon, 1st place finisher for the Aloha State Games 10K run in 2010, 1st place finisher at the 2009 Mokuleia Time Trial, 2nd place finisher at the 2009 Honolulu Triathlon, and 1st place team finisher at the 2010 Honolulu Triathlon.
